Research Papers Communication Workplace

This paper reports findings from feedback questionnaires sent to participants in, and commissioners of acas charged-for individual mediation service in 201213. This report presents the findings of the first ever evaluation of helpline online, acas automated web-based information and advice service, launched in 2013.
